Holy shit it's almost Labor Day weekend!
Fortunately, we have a whopping ELEVEN concert cruises this week, so you can get your remedial summertime fun in before it's too late. Some of the highlights include a sold-out rager with the elusive Electron on Wednesday, our beloved old friends The Slackers on Thursday (which looks like it's gonna sell out too), a double-header of The Machine and motherfucking Fishbone on Friday, and Sancho Dominguez's 35th birthday bash on Saturday with Kid Koala. Opening the Koala cruise will be the first performance in over a year by the legendary Rodney Speed Experience - and if you know what that means, you better fuckin' be there.
And then it will be September, but fear not - we have 20 cruises on the books for September & October as of now, and we're still adding more...we're not getting off the boat till the river freezes.
And we have 7 fucking shows coming up at Irving Plaza this fall, and plenty more goin on, but there'll be time for all that later...for now, we suggest in the strongest possible terms that you come out on a boat with us this week. Feel the ever-cooler breeze in your hair, see those wacky waterfalls from up close before they turn 'em off and the guy who made 'em goes back to Finland or wherever the fuck, go raise your glass for Lady Liberty and see a show on NYC's only moving concert venue before it's wintertime and we all wanna kill ourselves.
love,
Sancho
