all the films, docs, features and shorts would have to be about locally grown kale whose proceeds
went towards buying fixed-gear bikes for people who spent all their money on really nice jeans.
Get your heart, mind, and crotch ready for tales of artistry, excess, and intra-band psychological
abuse as Rocks Off does for film festivals what rock n roll did for music. It's gonna be a world-
