Q: I have awesome pictures of myself wearing your merch - how can I be featured on your website?
A: Shoot us an email, and if we have the space, we will totally make you into a Rocks Off model.
Q: I haven't received my order yet.
A: Generally most orders are shipped out within 2 business days; if your item is out of stock or otherwise unavailable, we will email you and let you know when you can expect your item. All our items are shipped with USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation, so you will receive a tracking # for your shipment. Generally shipments within the US take 3-5 business days to arrive, and global shipping will take a little longer. If none of this information quells your fears that your dolphin/unicorn shirt has gotten lost in the mail, email us and we'll help figure out the situation.
